Emily K. ★★★★★

I was skeptical, but after three weeks of using the smallest size daily, I can already feel a difference in bladder control during my morning jogs. The silicone is surprisingly smooth and comfortable for insertion, which was my main worry.

Miles ★★★★★

The graduated sizes make it easy to start and progress, and I've noticed real improvement in bladder control after just a couple of weeks. My partner has even commented on the difference, which is a nice bonus.

Stella ★★★★★

I was a bit skeptical, but after using the kit for a few weeks, I've noticed fewer leaks during my morning jogs. The different resistance levels keep the exercises challenging.
