BanaFlex 漸進式凱格爾訓練組

The curved design makes a real difference during sessions—much easier to insert and hold in place than the straight ones I tried before. I’ve been moving through the sizes gradually, and the progression feels totally natural.

Started with the smallest size and worked my way up over a few weeks, the smooth curved design makes insertion surprisingly comfortable. It's nice to have a set that grows with your progress rather than jumping straight to one size.

The different sizes let me gradually increase the resistance without feeling overwhelmed. I've only used the smallest two so far, but they're comfortable and easy to insert.
